This is a little bug that I found in the GURPS Space Bestiary.

LSD Bug
Dexterity: 2D
Dodge 10D
Strength: 0D+1
Knowledge: 1D
Size: 1 cm

Game Notes:
This creature does no damage instead it acts as a mosquito and takes
blood (not enough to affect the PC).  Anyone bitten by this bug roll
Willpower and halve the roll (may not use Force Points or Character
Points to help with the roll).  If the roll is under 15 the subject
suffers a Major Delusion for 3D hours (e.g. I can fly, I'm Darth Vader,
etc...).  The effect will end with no permenent damage to the victim.
