I've tried to give at least each member a weakness, to make them more realistic. Only the skills have been included along with a list of equipment possibly needed. I've also tried to overlap some stats so you do not have to use a medic in each fire team. Make 3 teams of 4, and you have a squad, or make 4 teams of 3, and you get the same result.
