Capsule: This weapon may be linked to Blackout's helmet to provide
him with a holographic HUD (Heads Up Display).  Without the linkup
ignore the 2D in Fire Control.  It is of unknown origins and has
the typical Stun/Kill settings.  It also has semi-auto and
automatic firing settings.  In auto the gun may fire 500 rounds
per second.  In semi-auto the fire rate is 2.
