Quote from Yabudabud YubYadub: "Wayull, ahse bin figgerin dat da weppin bidness is perdy big, anif ahma gonna carve out'en one o'dem nit-chiz for mah-sehf, ahd bedder corner da market wid sumfin..." YubYadub Arms, co., unltd. BH-2 "Brain Hoser" Skill Used : blasters OR melee attack Damage : 7D/5D/3D Range : .2m/.4m/1m Availability : 4, X (but, of course, YubYadub works outside of the law...) Cost : GM's call, but I'd suggest a figure of 5 digits. The BH-2 "Brain Hoser" is a small weapon that emits sounds at a pitch far below the human register, yet at a fiercely intense volume, producing large amounts of resonance. The resulting massive soundwaves will easily mash light matter, such as the innards of an enemy. This weapon is notably perilous to grey matter... Notes: The BH-2 can also be used in a melee weapon fashion. (as opposed to aiming the BH-2 in the general direction of the target, they place the emitter in direct proximity to the target.) Some GMs may disagree with this ruling, but I think that with a weapon with as little range as this, the distinction between blaster and melee attack becomes a little blurry... GM's may wish to incorporate a rule similar to that of the lightsaber (e.g., if an attack roll fails by more than 15, the attacker has hit themself) let me know what you think, eh? have a nice day! _mcmike_ overbom@stolaf.edu
