This is going to be part of my new Frontier campaign and I
wonder if it is usable or to powerful? Suggestions?

Game Notes: 

 Advantages:
* The ship cannot be located visually, except at close 
  range when disturbances in the cloak surrounding the ship
  can be seen.
* Can stay cloaked for as many minutes as the ship has 
  consumables in days.
* Sensors can detect a cloaked ship but the following 
  base difficulties applies:

        Sensor Mode     Detect          Identify
        Passive         Heroic          Not Possible
        Scan            Very Difficult  Not Possible
        Search          Difficult       Heroic
        Focus           Moderate        Very Difficult

  Note: Normal sensor modifiers can still be used.


 Drawbacks:
* Cannot use any type of weapon while cloaked.
* The ship's shields must be switched of during use of the
  cloaking device.
* Only passive sensors can be used while cloaked.
* Max cloaked speed is space 4.
* A hit by any type of weapon short-circuits the cloak, 
  necessiating a Difficult repair roll to get on-line again.
* The cloaking device must be re-charged for as many hours
  it had been used in minutes.
* For each use of Cloak subtract 1 from difficulty to detect. 
  This is due to wear on the sensitive cloaking equipment,
  can be fixed by making a Very Difficult repair roll.
* Cannot be mounted on starships with a length of 200 meters
  or more due to the excessive power demand.
