Game Effects:
		Provides temporary enjoyment and the illusion of time 
well spent.  Very addictive.  After the equivalent of 6 standard months of use, 
reduce characters Perception and Knowledge attributes by 1D.  If character 
eats while he views his favorite holovids, also reduce his Dexterity and Strength 
attributes by 1D.
