Here at last are the stats I designed for a motorcycles inspired mainly by
Kanada's bike from 'Akira'.

I do have a quick question first. When examining the other vehicles, I
noticed that swoops tend to have great maneuverability, but the text says
that they're supposed to be difficult to control. Isn't maneuverability
supposed to indicate how hard a vehicle is control. If so then what's the
deal?
