Description:  Starkey is a thirtyish-looking human
male.  He stands apx. 1.8 meters tall and has a
high forehead with thinning black hair.  Starkey
usually wears sunglasses (even indoors) and
tends to dress in the latest coreworld fashion.
He has been known to carry a concealed
hold-out blaster.  No retnal scan or voice-print
data is currently available.

Starkey has been charged by law enforcement
authorities on Shesharile V with nine counts of fraud,
four counts of falsifying documents and one count
of flight to avoid prosecution.  He is also being sought
for questioning by the Sector Adjudicator.

Starkey's last known address is listed as:

A 30,000 credit reward is being offered by the
Minos Cluster Commercial Association for the live
(only) capture of Rico Starkey.
