I adopted and named the Imperial Officer from the holiday special as a low
level threat and comic relief for not only my campaign but also for the Fluff
Wars that consume the list from time to time. In the course of those Fluff
Wars, he's acquired some new skills. I wrote this for the Fluff Sourcebook
but forgot to actually post it. Better late than never.
