Kellera Devens 14

(note: this character is specific to my pet Mara-and-Luke-get-hitched timeline.
There's more to it; this is her up to the return of Palpatine.)

Commander Kellera Devens 14 is a rarity indeed; among the many clones created by
Grand Admiral Thrawn, she is one of the very few indeed who have reached a
command rank. She was named security chief of the Chimaera after her predecessor
died of what was said to be an externally-induced aortic rupture after the
escape of the fugitive Talon Karrde. She is immensely effective at her job, and
lacks decorations only because she hasn't been around long enough to recieve
any. 

Surprisingly enough, however, she only does her job because she enjoys doing
things well; if she were to be questioned on the subject she would admit her
only loyalty was to Grand Admiral Thrawn out of respect for his leadership
abilities, and the Empire meant nothing to her. After the Noghri commandos went
on a killing rampage through the Chimaera, she and another bridge crewman,
tactical specialist Lt. Rejlii Mithel, managed to rescue the paralyzed Captain
Pellaeon after Rukh broke his neck and killed Thrawn. She now works with
Pellaeon as a freelancer; the rise of this man calling himself Palpatine reborn
does not concern her, as she and her superiors are not convinced the man is who
he claims. Even if he were, Pellaeon has turned his back on Palpatine's New
Order and has taken to upholding the Empire Thrawn tried to rebuild. 

Appearance: The original Kellera Devens was a short and rather nondescript
female stormtrooper with usually-shaved dark-green hair (indicating Coruscant or
Lianna ancestry); Kellera 14 and her sisters only faintly resemble their
"mother". They are all very tall (over 2 meters; they were a prototype lot and
this was tracked down to a hormone glitch) with light, almost aqua hair and pale
bluish-silver eyes. Kellera 14 is very thin, but rather buffed and anything but
underfed-looking.

Personality: Rather bland and understated. Kellera 14 will be fiercely loyal to
anyone who commands the appropriate level of respect, but this level is so high
that only Grand Admiral Thrawn so far has pulled it off. Her tendency is to do
her work uncompromisingly for whoever's signing her paycheck and she is
trustworthy to a fault, but there's nothing to keep her from moving on if she
finds something better.
