The Vittil Jedi

        Artisans, Scientists, and Engineers with force abilities to help they were
long ago the basis of the Jedi’s numbers.  But they were know to live on the
great Jedi Worlds and cities around the galaxy which were destroyed in the
Clone Wars and the early days of the Jedi Extermination.  Those that were not
killed were mostly the Great Masters who left to work on their own in secret,
traveling artisans, and the very weak new trainees wandering the galaxy in
search of inspiration.  All have been running around trying to find the
nearest hole to hide in until they could gather to meet up with the Outbound
flight project.
        For that matter the entire Outbound Flight Project was put together as an
excape root for Jedi during the upcoming Dark Times foretold in the Holocron.
To help all of them gather Master Artisan Reggin Gal made over 220 Talismans
that could be signaled by any powerful Jedi Master that would give people a
date and place to gather.  They also made 3 powerful force amplifiers designed
to send out a distress signal to the Flight Project to tell them to come and
pick them up.  Most of the Signal Talismans were given to Vittil and Older
Jedi Knights.  The 3 amplifiers were placed on board the Outbound Flight
projects lead ship, one on a distant asteroid manned by a Young Jedi Master
and 3 Young Vittil Jedi, and in the hidden Jedi base on Dantooine that is only
accessible by Jedi.
        When the time came 8 years before the battle of Yavin the plan was carried
out and was flawless.  The Jedi who could gathered and with the help of a
friendly Ithorian herdship.  Well over 400 Jedi ran never to return to the
known galaxy.  The Outbound flight projects official goal was already a
partial success as they have discovered 3 alien races all with the possibility
to be force sensitive.
        Vittil Jedi are generally very similar to standard Jedi other then a few
skills and jedi powers that they have developed to help create many of their
force creations.  Skills include Force object construction and Force object
usage.  Powers include Instill force, Manifest Force, and Force Creativity.

SKILLS
[A] Force Object Construction
Effect:  Allows the user to create force based objects…..

[A] Force Object Usage
Effect:  Lets user know what an object does based on the design and the
markings on the object.

FORCE POWERS
Instill Force
  Control Difficulty: Easy
  Alter Difficulty: Moderate
  Prerequisites: Transfer Force
  Effect: This power removes one of the users Force Points and stores it in a
force object until needed.  You don’t need any special power to remove the
force piont by feeling it in the object it will transfer to your charactor.
It is also necessary to get some special force objects to work properly.


Manifest Force
  Sense Difficulty: Moderate
  Alter Difficulty: Easy
  Prerequisites: Telekinesis
  Effect: This is what makes an object sensitive to movements in the force.
By using this on an object it is capable of picking up certain vibrations in
the force.  This can be used in light sabres, jewelry, and other weapons.
Many times it has been used for communication over long distances by Jedi who
were afraid of jamming of other types of communication.



Force Creativity
  Control Difficulty: Moderate
  Sense Difficulty: Moderate
  This power can be kept "up."
  Time to use: 30 minutes- 2 hours
  Effect:  Used by Vittil to help them with coming up with designs capable of
harnessing and focusing the force through an object.  It also is used to get
inspiration on new designs of non-force objects.
