Seeing that that wasn't a template available for a technichian(or however you
spell it) I made one.

Imp techs were sent in directly behind the stormtroopers when a ship was
being stormed, so that they could run the ship after capture.  Thus they have
Blaster skills.  Techs were also lightly trained in repairs and programing.
