Of course the skills would be lower than the attributes... I created him the
same way a PC would be created, with 7D in each skill.  He was meant to be
used as a PC... I didn't  and why is it "bad enough" I mispelled them?  So
what?  If you'd like I'll make a Wookiee Shaman NPC...

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Rallurr is a reddish-brown Wookie.  He stands 7 feet
tall and wears a straw backpack.  He walks with a staff and carries a
Bowcaster as well.  Rallurr wears a rope belt with pouches hanging off them,
mainly ingredients for his rituals and incantations.

BACKGROUND:  Ever since birth Rallurr was fascinated with nature to the point
of longing.  When locked in classrooms all he could think of was nature.  He
failed miserably in classes and was considered a "hopeless dreamer".  When at
home he could stare outside for hours, looking at the lower levels of Kashyyk
and wishing he were there.  When he turned 18 (Young for Wookiees) he went
down to the lower ecosystems of Kashyyk and soon became lost in the wonders
of the life that flourished down there.  After weeks of surviving on what
seemed like "instincts" to him, he found the forest had opened up his senses,
 He could sense life, and danger, and even make his senses stronger when he
was down there.  These instincts kept him in the forest, and he joined with
others like him, and they tought him control, and they tought him to enhance
his own "force".  He has since become a Shaman.

PERSONALITY:  Rallurr is a very peaceful Wookiee.  He has learned to control
his own inner "rage", and thus he is much calmer than other Wookiees.
 Rallurr loves nature, he can stare at it all day long, he loves to be with
it.
