Capsule: At last, the long-awaited Guise!  Carrying the newly developed
cloaking shield, which has been made over the course of a decade, the
Guise is the only ship yet which can sneak about for limited periods!  It
requires tremendous energy, so only life support and one other system can
remain active at the same time the cloaking shield is.  One ship of the
Guise class costs about 1.5 billion to manufacture, so they are extremely
rare (about 10 made so far).  The 10 laser cannons are for defense only.
        Tactical Deployment:  These ships are not to be deployed except
under extreme circumstances, or states of war.  Theft of these vessels is
a class one infraction, and will result in death.
