Darkwood is retiring. He currently has over 1.8 million credits to his name, and that's only in cash. His ability scores and equipment are far too powerful for any campaign I can devise without being absurd, so I am halting the character. I have posted stats for his Ghtroc freighter, the Minas Tirith, twice. Both times I was criticized because it looked like I was trying to fit too many things into my cargo hold. I removed the two starships the second time around and still was chastised. Well, one of you folk noted that I couldn't have so many things in cargo unless the ship was of Gallofree construction. What I neglected to mention was that I had purchased a Gallofree Yards Medium Transport shortly before posting and named it the Minas Tirith II. Immediately I began to modify it, not posting it because I wanted to wait until it was good and ready. Unfortunately, the campaign ended before the Tirith II was good and ready. Therefore, I am going to go ahead and post the current stats. Note that the freighter Space Hawk, a modified YT-1300, is not Landon's ship, but belongs to a Captain Sal Harkov. The crew of the Space Hawk is the focus of the next campaign (they were minor in the first, and still broke). They are using the Tirith II as a homebase. And so without further ado, I present the Minas Tirith II! THE MINAS TIRITH II Craft: Gallofree Yards Medium Transport Type: Modified Medium Transport Scale: Capital Length: 90 meters (smallest capital ship ever) Skill: Space transports; Gallofree Yards transport Crew: 6, gunners: 1, skeleton 3/+10 Crew Skill: don't ask Passengers: 10 Cargo Capacity: 18,000 metric tons Consumables: 2.625 months (including passengers) Cost: Not available for sale Hyperdrive Multiplier: x1.5 (+2 mishap) Hyperdrive Backup: x4 Nav Computer: yes Maneuverability: 1D (+1 mishap) Space: 4 (+1 mishap) Atmosphere: 280; 800kmh Hull: 3D+1 (+3 mishap) Shields: 2D Sensors: Passive: 20/1D Scan: 35/2D Search: 55/3D Focus: 3/3D+2 Weapons: 4 Twin Laser Cannons (fire-linked; +2 mishap) Fire Arc: Front Crew: (pilot) Scale: Starfighter Skill: Starship Gunnery Fire Control: 1D+1 Space Range: 1-3/12/25 Atmosphere Range: 100-300m/1.2km/2.5km Damage: 5D Turbolaser Battery (+2 mishap) Fire Arc: Turret Crew: 1 (gunner) Scale: Capital Skill: Starship Gunnery OR Capital Ship Gunnery Fire Rate: 1/2 Fire Control: 1D Space Range: 3-15/35/75 Atmosphere Range: 300m-1.5km/3.5km/7.5km Damage: 6D The cargo hold contains the Tirith I, the Space Hawk, an X-wing, a Y-wing, a Rebel Alliance Combat Airspeeder, an Ikas-Adno Nightfalcon speeder bike, a T-47 airspeeder, and an Aratech 74-Z Military Speeder Bike. With the exception of the 74-Z bike and the Space Hawk, everything is painted black (including the Tirith II herself). As always, I would appreciate comments. Thanks for keeping me on my toes regarding my modifications to the first Minas Tirith. Adol Larynth, Jedi Knight (for Star Wars) Armand, Eighth Generation, Clan Gangrel (for Vampire) Landon C.
